Man in his 20s was victim of sex attack near Charing Cross Road

POLICE are looking for two men who sexually assaulted a man in his 20s near Charing Cross Road.

The incident took place in Flitcroft Street, Soho, at around 2.45am on Wednesday, October 24.

A friend, who did not witness the assault but had been with him shortly beforehand, came to his aid and called the police.

Nearly three months on, Met Police have released images of two men they would like to speak to.

Detective Constable Robin East said: “This was a sexual assault on a man in a public street and we appeal for anyone who thinks they can help us with the investigation to come forward.”

The Met said both suspects were described by the victim as white – one is around 5ft 5ins tall, and of stocky build and wearing a dark puffer jacket with “big ears”.

The other man was believed to be slightly younger, between 30 and 35 years of age, of skinny build, clean shaven and had light brown hair.
