Police appeal after attack on Chinatown massage parlour worker

POLICE are appealing for help six months after a four young men attacked a man, leaving him with a bleed on the brain.

CCTV shows a group of men taunting the 66-year-old, who was working in a massage parlour in Newport Court, Chinatown.

He was chased outside and knocked out by a punch in the face.

Detective Constable Tim Hallewell, from Westminster CID, said: “There is no place in society for unlawful and aggressive acts such as this.

“The victim suffered multiple facial fractures, lacerations to his skull and a bleed on the brain as a result of this callous attack, which could have cost him his life.

“We are appealing for anyone with information about this brutal attack to come forward and assist us with our investigation.”

The attack happened at 9.39pm on March 29.

The main suspect, pictured, is described as in his early 20s, around 5ft 8ins tall, with dark brown hair and stubble.
