Kentish Town Football Academy Under-11s celebrate their win over Camden Town Youth

THERE was plenty of mud and thunder on Saturday when Kentish Town Football Academy took on Camden Town Youth in the Camden and Regent’s Park Youth League.

Known for being two good footballing sides, the Under-11s teams overcame the harsh conditions to put on a treat for spectators, creating a host of great chances with a combination of individual skill and intricate passing.

Kentish Town took the lead when Miro Hosokawa-Lloyd added the finishing touches to a sweeping attacking move. Camden Youth fought back in the second half to deservedly equalise, but it was triumphant Town who claimed a 2-1 victory courtesy of a powerful finish from Josh Bailey Marshall.
