Let’s hear it for Jonny the Fox and his pub quiz

14 September, 2018

• WE are both saddened and disappointed that a single neighbourhood noise complaint has silenced the popular theme tune that opens and closes the immensely popular Jonny The Fox Quiz night held every Sunday at The Warwick Tavern in Warwick Way, Pimlico, from 6pm onwards.

People travel from all over London to this unique vibrant pub quiz hosted by Jonathan Cross aka Jonny The Fox. It always fills the entire building, providing much joy and life within the Pimlico Westminster community.

A 30-year resident of Westminster borough, but originally from Crosby, Liverpool, Jonny feels that the theme tune, which he wrote, is a key ingredient to the opening and closing of each weekly quiz night.

As a seasoned campaigner – heading The Save Denmark Street campaign, I recently filmed the opening to Jonny’s Quiz for an upcoming documentary, which we will be showing.

Please help to save this quiz night and its theme tune spot, which we can show you. I just signed the petition “Quiz Night Song” and wanted to ask if you could add your name too. This campaign means a lot to me and the more support we can get behind it, the better chance we have of succeeding.

You can read more and sign the petition here: https://you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/quiz-night-song. Share this with others. It’s really easy – all you need to do is forward this email or share the link on Facebook or Twitter.
