TICKETS are now on sale for the 2018 Highgate International Chamber Music Festival taking place in late November at two Highgate churches, St Anne’s and St Michael’s.

Hot tickets are likely to include the opening concert featuring Schubert’s beloved Trout piano quintet. It’s being performed by acclaimed musicians including violinist Alexander Sitkovetsky, double-bassist Chi-Chi Nwanoku and cellist Sheku Kanneh-Mason.
Also likely to sell out quickly are Schubert’s Octet in F major performed by an all-star line-up led by violinist Alina Ibragimova; and Bernstein’s Clarinet sonata with Julian Bliss.
New for 2018 are “Sonatas by Candlelight”, a late-night series of short concerts complete with mulled wine, mince pies and a festive atmosphere.
