Untold stories promised from French soccer ace at 'An Evening With....' style event

SOCCER legend Robert Pires – one of the Arsenal “Invincibles” – is to help raise money for a Hampstead primary school.
He will appear at an “Evening with…”-style event at Fitzjohns School on March 1 when he will be interviewed by journalist Raphael Honigstein, who works for ESPN, on stage before a question and answer session.
The school said Pires would “talk candidly about his wonderful footballing career”, including some “untold” stories from Arsenal’s successful early-2000s.
Organisers said booking early was necessary as tickets are limited.
Pires was one of many Arsenal stars from the era who chose to move into Hampstead after signing for the Gunners. Title winners Thierry Henry and Patrick Vieira also own property in the neighbourhood.
